Wherever possible, we partner with ethical Tasmanian farmers to ensure traceability, animal welfare, and nutrient-dense protein with fewer additives and unknowns.

When certain proteins are unavailable locally, we source from trusted mainland producers who meet the same high standards, with every ingredient processed and freeze-dried here in Tasmania to maintain quality, integrity, and freshness in every bite.

We use freeze-drying as a thoughtful way to protect the integrity of our ingredients while creating food that fits easily into everyday life. It allows us to stay true to our values of quality, care, and natural nutrition, without compromising on safety or convenience.
